Paper cranes, NotD, and an update

Hellooooo folks! Sorry I've been a bit sporadic in my posting lately. I've been working on some major cleaning around the house, and I've still got so much more to do! Which means this next week might be just as sparse as far as posts go. It's so sad! I've got sooo many new-to-me polishes/makeup to share and review! But it shall all have to wait! Cleaning must be done!

So back in January I mentioned a Craft Challenge that I participated in. Well, I also participated in February's Craft Challenge!

Here was the challenge:

And here's what I did:

I procrastinated until the last week to do anything, and then cleaning happened, so I cut out a dozen 2x2 inch squares from each design, (12 from the white with red dots and 12 from the brown with pink flowers) and spent a couple minutes here and there folding them up.

That's a closeup of them. Teehee. And before anyone asks, they are not the design that flaps wings. lol.





Finally, my nails of today. I had been going naked nails for a couple days now, because I had planned on reviewing/swatching some polishes, but the cleaning and all has put that on hold.

Today I got a polish in the mail that I could not resist trying on immediately.

Tada! Isn't it beautiful! Even in a quick camera phone shot it's all pretty and colorful and pretty and ooooOOOoooo. If there's sun tomorrow, I might run out and take some quick pictures, and then possibly write up a review for it soon. Let me tell you though, I am impressed. The smallest amount of light sets off the holo in this polish, and I keep finding myself moving my fingers to watch the colors. Haha. Soooo pretty.

This polish is from the brand I Love Nail Polish and it's called Mega. And I have some definite mega love for this mega holo polish.  ❤
