Prize 2

A few weeks back, The Nail Files was having a "2,000th like" giveaway... I entered via rafflecopter and was chosen as one of the six winners! I was contacted asking for a list of the prizes in order of choice, and I got my first choice:

PRIZE #5: Four (4) prizes, donated by Galactic Lacquer!

• One (1) full size bottle of Birthday Bash, 365 Days of Color
• One (1) mini bottle of Nail Mail, Pretty & Polished
• One (1) 365 Days of Color miracle balm in Birthday Cake scent
• One (1) mini blue nail file

I mainly chose that prize as my first choice because of the miracle balm. I've been using Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream for a few weeks now to help my cuticles, but the miracle balm intrigued me.




I got it in the mail some time last week!

The little card that was sent is toooo too cute. I'm currently using it as a bookmark, and it will eventually go up on my bulletin board.

So far I've tried the Birthday Bash polish and will be posting a review on it later. I also started using the Birthday Cake Miracle Balm on my left hand, while continuing use of the Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream on my right. I don't think I'll be able to keep doing that though, because the Birthday Cake's scent, while delicious smelling, is a bit too sweet smelling, and might make me nauseous if I use it everyday. Hmm... we'll see I suppose.

Over all I'm excited to try everything, though hindsight is 20/20 - I shouldn't have based my first choice on a miracle balm named Birthday Cake and not expected it to smell too sweet. lol.
